string format for base 60 integers

i have a string with a huge number; how can i make it display than string in a base 60?

DECIMAL z=9001
_s=02:30:01

Smile im trying to get into the more complicated stuff just so i can learn it. but i have only been writing for 8 months lol but yeah currnecy might work if you could minipulate the Square root or somthing along them lines
