curious error whenever qm loads

hi there im having this weird problem of late;

Error (RT) in GetWindowList: exception
CreateWindowEx(es "QM_OSD_Class" osdid WS_POPUP 0 0 0 0 0 0 _hinst v)
and also

Error (RT) in dialog: exception,
line: r=DialogBoxIndirectParam(_hinst +mem hwndowner dlgproc d)
I have tried unistall followed by reboot reg repair then fresh install(my qm in my docs also deleted)
as soon as fresh install completes hit start these errors keep coming up any thought or comments would be appreciated

Possibly due to Data Execution Prevention. Download newer QM version or turn off DEP for Quick Macros.
