I am trying to make a macro that will log me into a website that uses widgets and not child id....can anyone help?

Try function AutoPassword. To create code for it, use dialog "Enter password". It is in floating toolbar.

One more thing with the website using widgets and not child ids is there anyway to have the macro see a window or button pop up?

If macro cannot see objects as windows or child windows, maybe it can see the objects as accessible objects. Try to capture with dialog 'Find accessible object'. It works with Internet Explorer and Firefox.
