Making use of main keys

I would like to use 2 main keys together - like -

Scenario 1 -
HOME does its own also NUMPAD1 does its own
but HOME then NUMPAD1 sends out something - like runs a macro ( eg. key AdCvY ;; Alt+D Ctrl+V Enter )

Scenario 2 -
Also - another one -
HOME does its own also NUMPAD1 does its own
HOME then NUMPAD1 ALSO does its own
but HOME HOME then NUMPAD1 runs a macro

Scenario 3 -
similarly i would want to be able to use instead of HOME - these some keys - if possible

I already tried this myself - but it disabled the normal function of NUMPAD1 AND NUMPAD2 -

Maybe possible with filter functions, but not very easy, need some programming.
Or try to create a single-key macro that waits for second key. Quite difficult.

Not even the 1st one can be done like 1st scenario only ?

Basically when QMc can do this already - F4 then uuuh sends out something
