Compile exe error: the "run after" function could not....

I get the following error:
Cannot make exe: the "run after" function could not be started, or returned 0.

In the compile to exe dialog I have entered a function to run AFTER an exe is compiled (Inputfield: 'After').
The function is very simple, it only copies the compiled exe to several locations.

But it does not work.
I tried it in MAC and in Function format, both yield the same error.

EDIT:
This is very strange, it seems it does work. The compiled function is copied to the indicated locations after compiling BUT I still get the error...
