Error (RT) in exceltest: type mismatch

Excel.Range r=es3.ws.Range("G:G")
r.FormatConditions.Add(Excel.xlCellValue Excel.xlLess 25)
r.FormatConditions.Item(1).Font.ColorIndex=3
r.FormatConditions.Item(1).Font.Bold=TRUE

in older versions worked, do you know why?
