qm generated exe for close replacement

I use the Swyx Netphone Client which has a little flaw for me.
Clicking the close button should i my case not close the program. just only minimize.
In qm it is pretty simple. I just created a left click on close button macro for only that program.
In the macro i then simply do "min win(mouse)2.

As always i am very rusty when it comes to qm and so i need your help.

When i remember correctly i have to create an exe with an invisible dialog, which starts with windows.
Where to go from there?

Difficult. Need SetWindowsHookEx(WH_MOUSE_LL) and then solve many problems.
