problem with setprop and toolbar

ok my problem is i use Vista and this code wont work

so i changed it to a few different things and i found this one

but the problem i am getting now is i have to click on my window to shut down the file i know the problem is the GA part but i cant find anything else to work the top code worked on QM 1.9 but i updated to 2.1.5 and then it stopped working any advice or is there already a post on this i cant find
