Special characters in menu item labels

I used to have nicely aligned hot key names on the left and actions on the right. Now the tab shows garbage characters. Does anyone knows how come? I recently upgraded to 2.3.0.2 (is that the culprit?)

How if you replace tabs to [9]?

Also, try to uncheck 'Text: Unicode' in Options. If unchecked - check.

Tried all that of no avail. Any other suggestions?

A bug. On Vista worked well and I did not test on XP. Will fix in QM 2.3.0.3. Thank you.
