Formatting the font of text

I have 2 questions about using fonts.

1. In QM is there any way to use a font menu like there is in word?

   

2. Is there a way to use _s=s; _s.setwintext(id(3 win("Dialog" "#32770"))) and use fonts to get this as my output

setwintext cannot set font.

Several font examples, including the dialog, are in the Samples2 file. It is in qm folder\installed files. You can import it.
