Trigger a button

I am new to this. If you create a macro and you have an active window, and you want to click on a button that does not have an id. How is this done if you wait for the active window, and on that window you want to click on something that has no id? Sorry if this is a stupid question to most.

Also, it will click/trigger the same spot each time this window is opened, and it's the same position on the screen on every computer that I use
