how does Save Now work?

when I do a Save Now from within Macro "A", are all of the other macros saved, too? That is, is the entire workspace saved, or only the macro I'm currently working on?

Entire workspace.

QM periodically saves important changes. Also saves on exit, etc. Save Now can be used when you want to save to file now, or when you want to apply changes to functions etc.
