Http.Get2 not included in QM 2.4.5.0

Hi Gintaras,

Http.Get2 is not included in the last version, so I made this member function. Every time it shows:
"Warning in Http.Get2: private System function __Wininet.Error in user code. It may be deleted in the future. Clone."

I cannot move this function into the Internet System folder as it is read-only. Please, could you fix it?
