Get All Window Text, even non-visible

i have a small window that i want to retreive the text from, its a small window so it has a scroll bar which hides alot of the text from the user.

i am using "Window Text - Get text (CaptureString)" built into QM. the issue is it only returns the visible text (evrything above the scroll bar is NOT returned)  this function only seems to return the visible text, not the entire text of the control

is there another function that will return the entire text?
