Adding Toolbar to Child in VB Application

I have a older VB application and we are trying to get a toolbar to load on a child window. It loads anywhere we have the word eMedRec, but it will not load on for example, IMpression, whereby the child is "Impression:4/1/2013" Whereby the variable on the child window is always a date.

I really like this application and am testing with it so please forgive my naïveness to the application. Any assistance will be helpful.

OK I figured it out, as well as my need for Tree Macro. Now to move on to the more complex/robust features of this application to test.
