Ask for a name when recording New macro

When you click New after recording for a macro, a popup asks for a macro name before returning to the editor.

Who doesn't name their macros? If they are out there this could be an option.

Also a keybd shortcut for renaming (F2 would be nice and standard)

Instead of message box, the new item is selected for instant renaming, but this stopped working in QM 2.2.0. Will be restored in QM 2.2.0.8. Also F2 will be added.
