Clone macro with umlaut

when i clone a macro with an umlaut like ä,ö,ü in the name,
i get identical clones.

clone of ü_letter should be ü_letter1, but is ü_letter.

Currently don't use non ASCII characters in macro names as first character in name. QM does not find such macros.
