How to close the window under the mouse pointer?

How to close the window under the mouse pointer, even if it is not active?

I use the command

key AF4

but sometimes the window under mouse is not active, so the computer asks me if I want to shutdown the computer. I have tried with this sequence:

act
key AF4

but sometimes it activates the wrong window, not that under the mouse pointer.

I don't want to use the command clo, because it's not identical to "key AF4" and sometimes does not terminate correctly the application.
