Is there a way to make it when you move the mouse over a button in a dialog, it highlights or even changes colors like in a Menu?

Windows XP and Vista highlights all buttons.

Is there a way to make it change to a different color if you hover the mouse over a button in a QM dialog?

Button colors cannot be changed.
