I am trying to understand the meaning of "RichEdit20A 0x54233044 0x10" and how can I manipulate it

In my dialog when I use (RichEdit20A 0x54233044 0x10) and (RichEdit20A 0x54233044 0x200) I achieve the same result.

I can not seem to find a list of this information. Can you give me a link of where I can find this information?
