macros, via mouse button selection/sequences alone

Does this product allow macro executions triggered by mouse button/wheel manipulation alone? Using combinations for buttons and the wheel I like to be able to fire macros of my choice. This would require the product to measure time and state ( sequencing of keys )

For example.

Hold both L&R buttons down for 2 seconds - fires macro #1

or

Hold both L&R buttons down for 2 seconds, then lift L, fires macro #2; or lift R then fires macro #3

Uses:
# goto top of current web page if in browser.
# (have three screens) center mouse on next montor to the left
# goto the input area of the open IM window

stuff like that

Possible but not easy. Only simple mouse button and wheel triggers available. Need to write functions to add such behavior.
