How to Check the count of Items in a Folder?

I want to get help.


For example:
Subfolders of c: \ screenshot \

c: \ screenshot \ a
c: \ screenshot \ b
c: \ screenshot \ c
c: \ screenshot \ d
...etc

output:
Subfolder name, file name, count of files


Output it like the above but I don't know how to do it.
