use:Wait for color[wait ]timeS event color x y [window] [flags] 
event:
CWait for the specified pixel color in the specified point in window or screen (if window is 0 or omitted).
-CWait until pixel color will change from the specified color.x, y, window, flags - same as with pixel.

See QM Help menu or even better, use Wait dialog from QM Menu
