Clicking Buttons

Hello i have a game called INVADER and it has a button thats called SHOOT with id 286 it only appears sometimes i want to know which is the fastest way i can click that button as soon as it appears is it.......
but+
lef
acc
scan
or do all them click at the same speed? or is there someother way of clicking a button at the fastest possble speed?..

i think but+ is the quickest since it has an id. but you will have to setup a loop to do it.
